KITO JEMPERE

Kito Jempere Band is a living project of Kirill Sergeev, acting under the pseudonym Kito Jempere since 2013 and known for his projects Uniquetunes and Saint Petersburg Disco Spin Club. Kirill had the idea to create a live show, but only in 2015 he managed to assemble a special composition for a concert on the New Stage of the Alexandrinsky Theater. Suddenly, the project turned into a full-fledged group, and now there are 6 people in the Kito Jempere Band together with Kirill: Moscow musician and “DJ of the year” Leonid Lipelis, “Videotape” band singer Artemy Gunbin, drummer of IOWA, Assai and Long Arm Ruslan Gadzhimuradov, studio engineer Matvey Averin playing bass-guitar, and Roman Urazov (sound producer and co-producer Tesla Boy and Manizha) is in charge of the overall sound and guitar. The group recorded Kito Jempere's album “Sea Monster”, which was released in 2017 and received excellent reviews in the international music press, performed at major Russian festivals - Alfa Future People and “Пикник Афиши” - and together with the group Мумий Тролль, they presented the modern electronic scene of Russia at the “Russian Seasons” festival in Tokyo.
